Interactive School Programming
Attention teachers! Contact us to schedule an interactive presentation for your classroom. Programs are free to all district schools.
Addison County SWMD offers a variety of classroom presentations that are dynamic and educational. Through the Addison County SWMD schools and teachers can help provide students with information regarding the Universal Recycling Law (Act 148) and composting. Through these classroom presentations the Addison County SWMD hopes to educate kids and teachers on how to keep organics and recyclables out of landfills. Contact us to schedule your visit today, or come to our facility and tour the District’s transfer station to learn just where everything you are throwing away is going!
