The Addison County Solid Waste Management District Board adopted its “Illegal Burning & Disposal Ordinance” on March 16, 1995. The Ordinance prohibits:

• Burning, dumping or burying trash or construction & demolition debris.
• Putting trash in a dumpster without the owner’s explicit agreement; littering or leaving trash in an unauthorized place.
