April 11, 2024 - Annual Organizational Meeting
*These meetings may be added if the Board wants or needs to: (a) hold a strategic planning retreat in August prior to budget preparation; (b) hold a meeting in December to adopt the budget if it is not adopted at the November meeting; or (c) meeting with local haulers.
**The Board retreat will not involve dinner this year. Instead the Board retreat will happen virtually via Zoom. This meeting will begin one hour earlier at 6 pm to accommodate for a longer agenda.
***The Annual Board Retreat will be held on Sept. 21, beginning at 4 p.m., located at the Middlebury VFW at 530 Exchange Street.
Note: The preference of prior Boards has been that staff, after consulting with the Chair and Executive Board, will cancel a Board meeting and notify the Board members in the event of an insufficient amount of new business or an anticipated lack of a quorum.
