Over the past two years much has changed in the world of waste. With the final phase of the Universal Recycling law coming into effect this past July, banning food scraps from the landfill, disposing of our different waste streams has become a bit more complicated. The Biennial Report outlines the different goals the State of Vermont has set regarding waste management and how we as a community are shaping up to those goals.
